It it definitly a gradual thing. I would its safe to assume that results can be seen in anywhere from 2-6 weeks. I noticed a small change in the first few days but not the full results until several weeks. I also had to gradually increase my dose over a period of about 3 months, maybe more. I am sensative to meds.

I agree with DJ, there are up days and down days. So if it seems that he is teetering, I beleive this is normal. Even with an increase there are adjustment periods to this med. It has worked well for me. I hope your husband has the same results.
