I just saw your post and hope things have calmed down a bit for you. I hear just what you're saying. It can feel like your holding onto the outside of a roller coaster car.
Breathe. Breathe rythmically.
Actually, sometimes just letting myself go and cry seems to actually help. It's as if it cleanses my mind.
Do you have someone you can phone and talk to? That helps to ground me in the present.
