Hmmm....I thought I heard someone screaming off in the distance. You've got quite a set of lungs on you Seeker. 
What a cold-hearted bi#ch! I don't blame you for losing your temper with her. If my neighbor behaved that way and threatened to poison my cat, I would have told her "Let's hope that never happens - if it does, YOU will be forced to eat her remains." 
Hope that wasn't too graphic.  I'm sorry you have to deal with such a nasty neighbor. What a sad life she seems to have lived - so much energy wasted on being bitter and mean.
