Yes, I am with kykid and the other posters. Daily Mass attendance does it for me too, as it puts a perspective on my life, and what it is meant to be about. Confession is healing for the soul. Also, when you feel that there is no one else to turn to, or who cares about where you are at, there is God. God cares.
