Take some slow, deep breaths. Get back in touch with what is important to you right now. NOW, now. Let go of those other little things.

It isn't easy. I understand that. But, once you focus on this very moment, then you can address that things that really matter to you. There may be something underlying all of the things that you mentioned that is the real cause of the boom. Or maybe things just seem to be piling up on you.

Break things down as much as possible, to understand what really matters to you and what doesn't. Then it will be easier to deal with. Personally, I write my thoughts and emotions down on a paper. There is something to that...it "frees" me. Typing in the computer isn't the same release for me. So, you may want to try writing it all down, to see what really matters to you right now.
