Yes!! I have been doing this for about a year now. I love how I can get out of terrifying dreams. Sometimes I make myself stay in a dream because I know I am not in real danger, like exposure therapy. Other times I stay in uncomfortable dreams because I think they are trying to tell me something. It sure makes sleep interesting. I do however feel like I am not sure if something was just dreamt or really happened, a confusion that really bothers me.
