You're in the right place. Welcome! I have SAD also, and so do some others here. Even though you don't feel like it, talking to people and getting out and getting some exercise should help. Of course it's easier to say than to do.

Have you tried light therapy? That might be one more thing that would make a difference, in addition to the meds.
