Hi sh30adhd. Welcome! It's definitely a good idea to get a psychiatric evaluation by a professional. Several disorders have overlapping symptoms and many people are diagnosed with more than one condition. I don't have Bi Polar, but I do have a bunch of anxiety disorders and one of my symptoms is intense irritability.
