I'm not sure if you should do this, but I take Benedryl along with the Zolpidem to help me sleep at night. Sometimes I have to add Klonopin in the mix to get me to sleep when I am really stressed out and anxious. You should talk to your doctor about this before you try it. What works for me might not be very good for you, especially since the pharmacist does not believe that I should be mixing these, but my pdoc does not have a problem with it.
