i know how bad you must be feeling but try to breath in nice and slow, exhale and tell yourself that you ARE GOING TO BE OK. the advice about tea or a nice soak in the tub, it really might work, and even if it doesnt, you'll feel better doing something, keeping yourself occupied. try to focus on one thing so that your mind settles and stops racing so much. youre going to be ok and we're all here for you should you feel like talking.
