I have never had problems with a neighbor. Most of the time because I usually ignore them, or because I am a pretty mean looking guy. People have told me that I look mean, even my family. I can be mean if I have to be, but usually I am just a harmless old guy that dosen't like to be bothered and dosen't interact with neighbors. My neighbors are mostly retired and in their 70-80's. I live in a gated community and I am one of the youngest people in there, it is a 55+ community.
I am sorry to hear about your nasty neighbor, the best thing to do is try to ignore her. Good Luck.
