Hi ~ The best thing to do when you don't know the cause of your emotions, and don't know how to handle them is to see a therapist. He/she would be better able to help you delve into causes ~ perhaps things from the past that are coming to the surface ~ and then help you to deal with them. Since we don't know what emotions you're dealing with, and of course we don't know the causes either ~ it would be hard to advise you.
Look for a good therapist and make an appointment. You won't regret it. Best of luck and please keep us posted on your progress. Hugs, Lee
