here protection orders prevent the abuser from being within 500 physical feet from the victim and direct correspondence with the victim. it does not prevent the from protecting him/herself or gaining support from others by reveling photos letters and other personal items in their possession. in fact those things usually come out during abuse trials and divorce hearings with the defense making them public as proof that the victim may be lying, or show the victims character.
my suggestion if you think this is what this person is going to do, meet with those people who may receive the personal information. let them know what your situation is and that they may be the receiver of this stuff. better your friends family co workers and boss hear it from you rather than by email, snail mail, in court or other public means.
and when this person does make this stuff public you can sue them for slander, libel and defamation of character, emotional damages and damages due to the loss of your job.
