OK, I just ate the first meal of my day, half a whole wheat pita stuffed with lettuce, 2 slices of low fat turkey, some skim milk cheese and about 1 1/2 tablespoonfuls of low calorie peppercorn ranch dressing.
I'm not going to throw it up, but I have to make sure I don't eat anything else now until dinner time. I also have to get in some exercise.
