Sounds like you're weathering the time away from your T really well. I hope you're able to get the schedule change you want.

Perhaps when you return home the allergy problem won't be so severe there and you can resume your outdoor walking program. In the meantime, maybe you can at least get some exercise by going on a walk indoors at a nearby mall. A lot of people in my area do that to avoid bad weather. But I think right now, your physical problems should take precedence and you shouldn't exacerbate your allergies. I have been in the situation where my family doctor told me to eat more red meat because I was so anemic and couldn't tolerate iron supplements, and another doctor told me to eat less red meat due to cholesterol. It just sometimes happens that what is good for one part of our health is bad for another, and we have to make the best choice we can.
