Just try stream of consciousness......start with "I feel", "I think".......and see where it goes. SOmetimes I don't know where or how to start so I start with, 'I don't know where to start' and somehow I end up somewhere and actually said something! When I journal for T there are often sentences like that in there, saying, Oh, where do I go now, I don't remember, I can't think of what was next'.......but then that helps jumpstart something that needed to come out....
