Hey,

theres a lot of positives there especially that you are able to say that you know you *can* do it! But I understand that doesn't make it easy.

Is there a way you could slowly reduce the time, rather than jump from 2 and a half hours to 1 hour? perhaps do a few weeks at 2 hours, then 1 and a half hours and finally 1 hour? It might make things a bit easier?

*hugs*
