Hey there,
I can relate to how you feel as I felt this way about my mental health department due to having an awful Psyc doctor and a traumatising day I had in that building were I was treated so badly by other members of staff also (long story), I didn't go into the building for a long time and got my mental health worker to visit me at home for this reason, however it came the point I had to go back into the building...it wasn't easy, I felt sick and shakey but I did it and after the first few times it was easier.
Perhaps seeing your new pdoc in this building will give you some positive feelings to attribute to the building so that you dont feel the same way about it. Perhaps try to think of how the building can't hurt you and didnt before either; and your now going into it to see someone you like, the bad memorys of your pdoc cant hurt you now and thankfully you got away from them.
I know it may be tough but perhaps this challenge will have positive effects also.
*hugs*
