I would recommended that you try to attach the feeling to an event from your past (childhood or adult) - for most of our anxiety is linked to an unresolved wounds from the past that is playing its self out in real life in order to help you HEAL from whatever it was that first cause you pain.

FEAR is our worst ENEMY if we let it in.... and when it leaves we see that we had nothing to fear but fear its self.
