When you are feeling depressed, and need/want to be held/comforted what do you do to relax sooth yourself?

I find I am sometimes desperate for human touch but I can't always receive it. I'm not sure how to become less dependent on it. I am the kind of person who could cuddle 24/7 and it's unhealthy and smothering my boyfriend.
