I have spent months alone in my house fearing the light. My girlfriend (ex-wife) who I live with says nothing will change unless I do something about it. I know how hard it is to push youself out of fear and depression, but seek professional help and make small goals that yiu can follow every day to get you closer to other people. A phone call to a friend, walking around a mall or big store and simply saying Hello to strangers or employees. You may feel better and make new friends. But be careful because there are creeps who take advantage of lonley and depressed people.
