Completed paperwork needed for my son's psych doc. He had another great appt yesterday. Increase in meds working well for him.

Went to my son's 1st grade concert at school last night. Sat next to my ex, we had pleasant conversation and it was a fun evening.

Continued getting caught up on laundry and dishes.

Got the copy of my house key back from abusive boyfriend. He got the hint and took most of his stuff with him when he left this morning. I feel like I've finally started the beginning of the end of my co-dependency.
