Yikes....I'm sure everyone here would have a LONG talk with their prescribing doctors before decreasing their meds. It can be pretty complicated to taper off some meds.

I'm all for natural solutions and am glad the FDA is finally stepping up to the plate and actually making them verify their claims. What a concept! ;-)

Anyhow....again, to state the obvious...as they say on TV, "check with your doctor first"!
