I could be a lot of things, but it could be the onset of depression. During my last episode I was very agitated and irritated by the littlest things. I had body ache all over and I would often just lay in bed all the time. I am not trying to diagnose you but you should see a doctor. I know from experience that being in physical pain and being irritated and agitated are all signs of depression. Make sure your doctor rules out other conditions and pinpoints the cause of your symptoms!
