I always do well when I write down what I've eaten. This type of thread doesn't get much acitivity (at least not in the past) but I'll keep up with you...
I just lost (since Christmas) the 8 lbs I gained from Hurricane Wilma. (stress = cortisol, and hurricane food = canned food that does NOT like my body.)
I would like to lose 2 lbs a week for a few months at most. I can do this... no garlic rolls and no soda. Sounds easy enough, but I get so tired of just plain water.. and coke brightens up in my throat (I lost my senses of taste and smell..eating is a chore or a bore.)
I eat one meal a day but in normal day I eat half of it at the restaurant, and half later on at home.. so it's "2" meals. I used to take the free slither of dessert and eat that for breaking the overnight fast. (The nutritionist told me to stop that... and eat oatmeal or cereal etc and juice.. and I gained weight so forget that!
)
Ok today I ate a warm sticky bun, small coke, then salad with olive oil, ny steak, greenbeans... and have half for tomorrow (maybe breakfast?)
I'm unable to exercise...and my back just spasmed big time, so I can't barely move...
