Hi, Joplin: Thanks for your post. I'm not even sure if I can distinguish when a panic or anxiety attack is coming on - it comes slowly and when the tingling and numbess sets in, it stays for most of the day. Interestingly enough, usually in the morning, when I get up, it's gone. That's IF I've gotten any sleep the night before and have fretted about it all night.

After all of the tests and doctors, did you finally find meds to help you? Is the numbness caused by the anxiety you feel?
