I have been on them all - - - - - - SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!

The best thing that worked for me was walking and exercising 3-4 days a week, drinking 8-10 cups of water per day and eating right (3 balance meals & 2 healthy snacks).... I lost 75 pounds in 9 months.

But I can say the Weight Watchers Points System is AWESOME!!! - I lost 20 pounds on it last year and my sister lost 120 pounds in one year.... it is based on regular food that you buy at the store, you just stop eating when you reach your points for the day.
