I know what you mean, SJ. I was having the same problem up until a few weeks ago. I felt too out of shape to exercise. It seems completely illogical, but our intellect doesn't always match our feelings.
Can I just say... I PUSHED myself over to the gym, and going even once made it easier to go the next time. Each time I go it gets (emotionally) easier and easier. The first time is the hardest.
And as I mentioned, having a gym buddy to hold me accountable has helped a lot!
