I agree. I eat 9 times a day and am losing alot of weight in the process. My diet plan is the diabetic 2 diet given to me by my doctor when I wanted to lose weight but he wanted all my blood counts up where they belong. He told me one of the reasons fad diets (trimspa, grapefruit, slim fast and so on) don't work for long term weight management is because when a person goes on those type of diets the minute they eat a normal balanced diet the body sucks up those nutrients (and fat) that is has been missing and stores them for a "rainy day" so to speak so the person ends up gaining more then they were before starting those diets. He said the best way to fool the body into losing weight is to convince it that it has more food then it really needs by dividing a normal 2000 calorie diet into smaller and more freguent meals through out the day. Just as fast as the nutrients are being depleated they are being replenished so the body stops storing them as fat for a rainy day. On the diabetic 2 diet plan I lose about 5 -8 pounds a month. A person does not have to be diabetic to be on it, is great for high cholesterol people too and is a FDA/Physicians approved doiet plan and theres no extra foods to buy, cash fees to pay for and you can still eat the sweets, mcdonalds, carls jr, subways, tacos you name it.
