YES!!! It is one of the most frustrating things. Anxiety is a "Vicious Circle". You are in a constant state of panic and fear that either, your going to die, your going insane or that your going to have another attack.
It takes a while for the body and the mond to grasp that anxiety is this powerful and that it can change a persons entire lifestyle and outlook. When you can finally come to terms that anxiety takes on many shapes and forms you can begin to move on from it. Not move on where they disappear, but when you are able to implement coping stradegies (sp) and actually get to the point where you can talk yourself down.
