I can no longer do the Overcoming Self Defeating Behavior chat on monday nights at 8pm central time due to a conflict. I am looking for a better time to have my chat.
I am sorry for the inconvenience of this cancellation. I will still be checking in with those of you that choose to post in the social SDB forum.
