Who are you directing your response to Skybdark?
I got the impression from the posts that it feels good to let out the steam of the frustration that people feel.... it is like punching a pillow or listening to music loudly.
Gosh.....imagining yourself clunking someone over the head with a frying pan doesn't mean you are going to do it.

When I get frustrated with someone...in my dreams I imagine they are strapped to the front of my Hummer (dream car). ahhhhhhh
Letting out the stress is good for you.....it is the keeping of the emotions in that is not good.
