I think it's important to write down what you eat no matter if you think you did well or not.
gg, chocolate doesn't seem that bad. I'm sure you could have chocolate, just have less than you usually do...maybe eat it slowly.
LMo, don't beat yourself up, it's OK to eat chips. Try to eat them more slowly maybe so you don't have to eat as much. Also one day isn't going to make a difference.
wi fighter, I like lots of cream and sugar in my coffee too...it's cuz I'm not much of a coffee drinker. lol
Today, I had a cup of coffee with 2 tablespoonful of coffee whitener and 3 teaspoonfuls of sugar. Right now I'm drinking on of my diet shakes...250 calories.
