if it doesn't have hydrogenated oil, then it's probably ok (although the whole concept still seems kinda chemically to me).
Throwing away the chips didn't take much discipline - lol. They aren't my ideal comfort food -- I got them because it was saving me from getting full-on french fries (which is what I really wanted). I *think* I got my lil closet eating binge out of my system and feel pretty good about what I can do with the remainder of my week.
