After reading about the creamer, I had to dump out the rest of my coffee. That probably saved me 50 calories.
If I behave with the sugary food and make some decent choices the rest of the day, I can still eat enough food to not feel deprived. I have like 800 calories left before I hit 1500.
I'm such a carbaholic. That's my major, major, MAJOR downfall. Why does carby food have to be the cheapest and most cravable?
