I am so burned out, frustrated, and no able to concentrate at all.
This morning I went onto the ministry's website to try to find out a director's name to make a complaint about the person who didn't process mmy complaint.
In the complaint section, it stated that the complaint didn't have the power to do anything at all.
I have to file SEVERAL forms. One for each problem. I found the list of forms. But when I clicked on any form, I got a description of the form but not the form.
You would have to be a lawyer just to decipher the website.
They make it so you can't object to a decision or action
However, I did get member of goverment's address and phone number and his office is in my neighbourhood, so I guess I go there next
