The latest homework my T gave me is something I'm finding very hard to do....so I just tell her that each session. I let her know that I'm still thinking about what she asked me to do, but I haven't managed to actually do it yet.

So - do what you think you are able to and tell your T that you didn't forget about the rest, but you weren't able to do it for whatever reason. It's not for a grade, it's just to help you.
