give you mom the job of the college applications. ask her to fill all that she can... addresses etc. then you can fill in what she can't. Should keep her busy for a while so she can't yell at you for awhile
get the dean to request an extension for the project... put a do not disturb sign on the door while you are doing it or go to the library at school where your parents are not fighting
you'll just have to do the tests anyway... but they will end and you can always redo the sats
