I wish I could lose a lot of weight, too! Yeah, I'm "obese" according to the charts, too. I'm 5'4" or 5'5" and weigh something like 220 lbs. I wear a size 22. I don't like it at all. I've taken things in the past that really weren't good for me.
When I was younger there was this one thing that worked great, called Thinz Tabs. It worked wonders. Probably was banned, though, since I haven't been able to find it for some years now. Just my luck, eh?
Anyways, have you tried looking into ediets.com? I know it cost some money to go through that, but it's worth a shot. Yes, and exercise really does help, too. Keeps you stronger than you would be if you were just to diet and not do anything else.
