my swedish doctor said i'm doing the right thing; i have been cutting down since september last year. I will be seeing a doctor here soon, too. i really want to get rid of the meds, had them for 1.5 years and they make me so slow in my head. i took a diazepam against anxiety and have the 2 series of Lost to stay in my bed with so hopefully that will help
