I know you were upset by the book fair, whenwillitend, but you made it through! You did it! You should pat yourself on the back for that. Better yet, give yourself a kiss. This is a trick I learned from a management tape I listened to when I was working, years ago. Take two fingers, press them to your lips, and put a kiss on them. Then wipe your fingers with that kiss gently on your cheek. Give yourself a kiss--take care of you, for YOU! That was the message. Just show yourself a little kindness when you are down and out. Doesn't take hardly any effort, but it will feel good.
Another thing you can try. Close your eyes. Take a deep breath in. Then breathe out. Take another deep breath in. Then breathe out again. It's relaxing and rejuvenating. Will help get you through the tough times. If you can do this several times a day, it WILL help.
