Yesterday I only had the half of meal. (the chicken and green beans) Today I ate all of a lunch: spaghetti with meatsauce, pasta fagioli soup (no salad, no rolls, no dessert) sigh.
It isn't so much whether what you eat is good or bad (no food, that IS food, imo is bad. It's the non foods that are bad.) And imo a good plan begins with "just" listing what you're eating (no judgment.) Letting the brain know the mind knows.. hehehe that's important to me!
I'm having to do more sets of stretching, due to my SI being out... but can't do exercise so to speak.
