I too am exhausted right now, I just FINISHED a semester at school, and I think my depression has been not as bad as yours - and I still feel exhausted. In the past 3-5 weeks I've been scrambling, one step behind it felt like at all times. Maybe a few more steps that one at times. I think what you need to do is use all the coping skills you have learned, try to talk to your professors to get some deadline extensions if necessary and prioritize your time so you are working at ONLY ONE THING AT A TIME. Sorry for the caps :P I'm rambling a bit and I know at least for me it can be hard to concentrate at longer paragraphs :P
Can you get a note from your T listing medical reasons for extensions? Is there a study group at school you could meet with for just one hour a day (or less) in a single class so you don't have to extend any deadlines for that particular class?
Are you able right now to make a short list of things that needs to be done? If you can do that, choose one and circle it. Lets say you choose "Paper for French class", then you would take out a piece of paper, write that as the title and make a list of smaller tasks you need to do in order to start and finish a paper. For instance "Read pages 1-50 of text", "Write intro paragraph", or whatever type of thing you do. Circle a task, then make a list of smaller goals. Keep making the tasks smaller until you are not overwhelmed when you look at just one of the tasks.
Take a break, then accomplish the single task you circled. Then , celebrate what you have accomplished.
Then, when you feel ready you can go back to your list, and circle something else.
Just an idea not sure if it could work for you ((((((((((Rebecca)))))))))))
