I had over 1000 friends as I was playing Mafia Wars and was placed high up I just deleted everyone who I didn't actually "know" for real, deleted that game, and send emails to my friends and family that I wouldn't be on as much. Then I went back to my health site (sparkpeople.com) and invested myself there. You have to decide what you really want.
