Whoa.... that's BAD. First of all, I wouldn't wait for her to do it again. I'd at least call the police and make a report of it. She could be a major threat to you and your family. I'd definitely call the police and just give them a heads up on what's going on. I'm so sorry you have to deal with this. I mean, c'mon, all of us have had nuisance neighbors, but your situation is just downright dangerous.
