I brought my family into therapy and I found that they had kept better record of my moods, sleeping/eating habits, etc. than I did! It's good to get an outside perspective on things sometimes. I found it was also helpful because it made my treatment seem like more of a team effort thing, which is less daunting than facing it alone. The only downside for me was that now they're on my back all the time - but I suppose that although it's annoying, it's a good thing!
