Today I had my Psych appointment.

He has told me my meds are at a stable level woohoo!!! I have been on Depakote 1250mg for 6 months and Serequol 100mg for about 4 months. I am estactic....

Does this mean I am getting better??

I forgot to ask him if he thought my feelings of "indestructability" is a form of psychosis. Will ask CPN in 2 weeks time.

He is reluctant to put me on Lithium at the moment. I have am having side effects from the Depakote, which are unwanted..... hair falling out, shaking hands and enlarged breast have went up a cup in bra's. He said if I am still showing these signs in 6 weeks time he will lower my dosage of Depakote.

Anyways just really wanted to share this with you guys. I don't have regular sessions with my CPN as he has a new job inwith his role and I am trying to be independant.
