That's about all I have got done today. I am so overwhelmed with live right now. My mind is going places where it should not. The bad dark places. I can't be everything I need to be, mom, wife, employee, patient to a new therapist, friend, church....there are mom but these are the biggest.

All I can see is darkness and the end...It's like I can't wait for it all to end....I wish, hope and pray all this ends....now.
