Things have settled down a bit, less arguments going on, and just a little bit of repetative thoughts and a little bit of rocking.. we rock back and forth sometimes when we are stressed.. people think its weird but sometimes its calming to just repeat one specific thing.. its like it lets us focus on that and nothing else..
When I have panic attacks I always move my hand in one repetative motion and count with it.
Got Online T two days ago to try and build courage to get back in to see face to face t.
things arent so bad today minus having strep throat and wanting popsicles.
