The notice he is giving is awfully sudden. I so understand the feelings you're having. (I had a T 'disappear' once due to being arrested for having a relationship with his client. No notice at all, just was gone.)

I hope little Cateripillar will be okay while she makes the transistion to a new T, but I'm sorry she has to do this.
